考博详解与指导
根据《中国人民大学博士生招考制度“申请-审核-复试（综合考试）”制改革方案》，商学院于2014年博士生招考试行“申请-审核-复试（综合考试）”制选拔模式。为保证博士生招生工作顺利开展，提高生源质量，制定本工作方案。
一、工作原则
招生工作要自始至终贯彻科学选拔、公平公正、全面考察、客观评价、公开透明的原则，招生过程中任何徇私舞弊、弄虚作假的行为，一经查实即取消录取资格。
二、选拔模式
所有报考我院的考生均采取“申请-审核-复试（综合考试）”的模式进行选拔，即考生申请并报名后，由学院对申请考生提交的材料进行集体审核评议，通过审核的考生方可进入复试阶段，复试阶段将进行综合考试，内容包含外语水平、专业知识和综合素质三方面。
三、组织管理
成立学院招生工作领导小组，负责本学院“申请-审核-复试（综合考试）”制博士生招生工作的管理办法的制定、报名材料的集体审核评议和筛选及整体组织工作。
四、工作程序
1、网上报名
报考我院的普通招考和硕博连读（含全员硕博连读）考生均须在我校博士生网上报名系统中提交报名信息、网上支付报名费、进行现场确认信息。报考条件、报考类别、报名时间、现场确认信息时间请参见《中国人民大学2014年招收攻读博士学位研究生简章》。
报考我院的考生，报名工作分两个阶段。第一阶段，按照我校博士生报名时间安排进行报名，此阶段的报名只填报报考专业；第二阶段，参加复试（综合考试）的考生，按照我院安排，在复试（综合考试）期间填报报考导师。
2、提交申请材料
考生报名后须将申请材料于2014年3月12日前提交我院（按以下编号顺序排序），材料包括：
（1）个人陈述（内容包括个人学习及学术研究经历、所取得的成就、报考动机、未来发展构想等；无固定模板，由考生自由发挥撰写，总字数不得超过5,000字）；
（2）科研情况一览表（见附件一）；
（3）博士生学习期间的研究构想（内容包含拟研究的问题、知识储备、创新点、研究框架、研究方法、主要参考文献等；无固定模板，由考生自由发挥撰写，总字数不得超过12,000字）；
（4）证明外语能力的外语成绩单原件及复印件；
（5）本科、硕士阶段的成绩单原件及复印件；
（6）硕士学位论文（应届生可提交论文初稿,硕博连读生可不提交）；
（7）代表作原件1篇（含未发表的工作论文、学位论文等）；
（8）博士研究生报名登记表；
（9）学位证书复印件（双证硕士须提交硕士学历证书复印件，应届硕士生须在入学报到后补交学历、学位证书复印件）；
（10）两名与报考学科有关的教授或相当职称的专家推荐书（专家推荐书空白模板请于网上报名并网上交费后，从网报系统中下载）；
（11）报考在职定向的博士生考生须提交单位人事部门同意脱产学习一年的证明。
3、资格审查
各专业方向的材料审核评议小组对考生提交的材料进行审核、评分，综合考察申请人的以往学习情况、英语水平、科研水平、创新能力、学术潜力、学术兴趣等方面，确定参加复试考生名单（硕博连读名单交研究生院培养办复核），由学院统一报学校研究生院备案。
4、复试考核
（1）复试比例：我院拟录取人数与复试人数之比约为1:1.5-1:2.5。
（2）复试名单将于4月初在我院网站上公布。
（3）复试时间一般为每年4月中上旬。
（4）复试内容与形式复试内容包括：外语水平（100分）、专业水平（100分）和综合素质（100分），采用笔试和面试两种考核形式，先笔试，后面试。
笔试为闭卷考核，总分150分，其中专业外语50分、专业水平100分（含专业知识、研究设计、研究方法等）。
面试考核总分150分，其中外语听力及口语50分、综合素质部分（含学术基础、知识结构、科研能力等）100分。
（5）跨学科及同等学力加试
跨一级学科（含专业学位）报考须加试（笔试）两门业务课，同等学力考生须加试（笔试）两门业务课及一门政治理论课，详情请参见《中国人民大学2014年招收攻读博士学位研究生简章》及《中国人民大学2014年攻读博士学位研究生招生专业目录》。加试成绩不计入加权成绩。
（6）导师填报
考生须在复试期间填报导师。
5、确定录取
学院将根据《中国人民大学博士研究生录取工作管理办法》开展录取工作。
