Third phase: Constructing a fennel absorbing product factory with a producing capacity of 2 million boxes of fennel health cigarette, realizing an annual output of 105 billion RMB, realizing a tax of 10 billion RMB and a profit of 45 billion RMB.
3、 Social benefits.For producing 60 thousand ton shaved fennel, it needs the fresh stems and leaves of fennel about 400 thousand ton, and this raw material mainly acquired from northwest Chinese. Over these years, the development of the fennel just depended on traditional crops of the farmers. The company

guidance of the government) surrounding the project (300 km region), it will get a fresh stems and leaves output of fennel about 12 thousand kilograms per acre. In the project, pure natural plant fennel has been adopt as raw material, it is processed into semi-finished products fennel slurry at first, then
dilute, thicken, sent into the storage pool of workshop , and then by pulp rinse, dehydration and forming, wet sheet will be pressed furthermore for dehydration, while about 40% humidity, entering the front oven to
drying, and surface finishing, then immerse different glue (according to different product requirements) by a glue dipping
machine, then further drying, after out of the oven, the sheet will be break up into slices needed by slit or fragment machine, and then packaging according to customer requirements.
Development Prospects of the Project
China is a big country not only in tobacco production, but also in tobacco consumption, there are about 320 million smokers in China of 1.3 billion
persons. About everybody of the word knows smoking is harmful to health ,as people’s consciousness of health enhances unceasingly , the conflict between smoking and health is getting more outstanding. The "Framework
