上海市工商局查册确定公司名称：5个工作日 外经贸委申请批复和批准证书：10个工作日 工商局申请营业执照：7个工作日 技术监督均申请企业代码证书：1个工作日 税务局申请税务登记证：15个工作日 海关办理海关登记证：5个工作日 统计局办理统计登记证：1个工作日 代办外汇管理登记手续：1个工作日 代办银行外汇帐户开户手续和人民币基本帐户开户手续费：10天（根据银行而定） 第一批资金到位去会计事务所验资： 5个工作日 工商局申请资金到位后的营业执照变更： 10个工作日

public office and certified by the local Chinese Embassy (or Consulate);

y Brief introduction of the Investor; Name of the company and business scope, amount of registered capital; Photocopy of passport of legal representative of newly-established company and

y Photocopy of passports of the directors and supervisors of the newly-established

company and their telephone numbers;

y 2 original Credit Certificates issued by the Investor’s bank; 2 original office leasing contracts and photocopy of property right with the stamps of
