二、Party A authorizes or engages Party B to take the post of in Party A (employing department) according to the needs of

三、聘请期间，甲、乙双方自学履行《集美大学授、聘名誉教授、客座教授、兼职教师暂行规定》所规定的权利和义务，
遵纪守法。
四、聘请期间，甲方须为乙方提供来校服务所需要的条件，具体内容由用人单位与乙方约定。 五、聘请期间，乙方应认真履行所承担工作任务的职责要求，完成工作任务。
六、以上协议甲、乙双方共同遵守。未尽事宜或出现特殊情况由甲、乙双方协商解决。本聘约一式二份，自双方签字日
起生效。甲、乙双方各执一份，具有同等效力。
七、甲方委托本方的师资处代行签章。
