摘
《英语新课程标准》把“激发和培养学生学习兴趣,树立学生自信心,养成良好学习习惯和策略”放在首位,明确指出教学活动应延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活中。英语作业是课堂教学极为有用的辅助措施,但也是教学中很薄弱的一个环节。
如果学生一开始没有培养足够的兴趣和信心,就不会有一个好的开端,以后的学习自然会有困难。特别是对于小学生来说,如果能通过作业获得积极的情感体验,有助于他们在英语学习的起步阶段培养浓厚的语言兴趣,形成自主学习能力,促进自我发展。
因此,教师要调整作业的方式和方法,并结合可行的教学评价。只有让作业成为学生的乐趣,才能取得事半功倍的效果。

Abstract
The thesis combines with the teaching practice of experience to discuss about the assignment strategy of primary school English homework. The following aspects are involved: operating arrangements, job correcting, job evaluation etc.
The New English Curriculum Standards give prime consideration to stimulate and cultivate students' interest, establish self-confidence and train their good learning habits and strategy. And it explicitly pointed out that teaching activities should be extended to the outside of the classroom study and life. English homework is an assistant measure that is very useful for class teaching, but it is also a very weak part in teaching.
So, all the teachers should establish a correct concept of operations. As teachers we should adjust the way and method of homework, and combined with practical evaluation. Only let homework became the fun, we can be achieved twice the result with half the effort.

Introduction
The thesis combines with the teaching practice of experience to discuss about the assignment strategy of primary school English homework. The following aspects are involved: operating arrangements, job correcting, job evaluation etc.
English homework is an assistant measure that is very useful for class teaching, but it is also a very weak part in teaching.
The finish rate and excellence rate is not optimistic. Survey results show “the students feel happy to finish the homework was 25%, feel a burden for 70%, another 5% of students can’t finish the homework”.1
The New English Curriculum Standards give prime consideration to stimulate and cultivate students' interest, establish self-confidence and train their good learning habits and strategy. And it explicitly pointed out that teaching activities should be extended to the outside of the classroom study and life. Homework is the effective means to check their study achievements. Especially for the pupils, when they get positive emotion experience through the homework it will help them get more strong interest in the early stages of learning English. And then gradually form the independent learning ability what can promote the development of themselves.

Primary school students are lively. They always like something fresh. Teachers should from different angles to careful design diversified homework. Let the students to try all kinds of activities and tasks. Let’s use different forms of homework to improve students' different aspects of English ability.

For example,
1) Open your mouth-- Let’s say!
English can not be grasped without listening and speaking training. But listening, speaking and reading assignments are usually not easy inspection feedback. I suggested my students recording their personal English tapes from first grade. This type of homework full of freshness. If it can be insisted on and preserved well, in a sense, this homework is a gift which worth collects.
2)Use your hands--Let’s draw!
Students will feel boring to copy words for a long time. Let’s attempt to change the form of our homework. Combine writing and drawing, try to make a set of your own word cards. For example, draw different parts of the body, or all kinds of clothing, food and fruit, etc. Then write the word carefully.
3)Develop your potential ability--Let’s make!
Students learn English, not only use the ears, hands and mouth, and more thinking about the creative use of language. Pupils are good at imitation, also have strong imagination, therefore, we can design some familiar, interested homework for the students to explore.
For example, after we have learned the holiday I often ask the students make the greeting cards by themselves.

Christmas is the most important holiday in the Western. At Christmas, the
students like to draw a funny Santa, beautiful Christmas trees and colorful English words on their cards. They send each other the cards and communicate happily.
That is one of the most successful ways for the students to practice language skills in the actual communication. That is also a good way to help the students develop the understanding of western culture.
2. Parent-child homework, improve family relationships.
Parents is not only the first teacher of children, but also is the teacher lifelong. The children get the most direct, the most often, the most profound impact from the family. Parents and children, the special relationship between them make it easier to produce emotional resonance.
It’s only three English classes every week at primary school period, but the students at home with parents every day. So we can design some practical work in order to let parents and children have some fun together.
1) Encourage children and parents usually have simple daily conversation.
For example, the younger children, ask them tell their parents the English words they have learned or sing the English songs to parents. As we know the children are just come into contact with English, they feel very excited. I designed a simple feedback card, such as, x parents, if your child sings the English song that we have learned today, please encourage him/her and sign your name. This is helpful to improve the children's oral communication ability, and is conducive to enhance the sentiment between the children and their parents, but also can enhance the contact and communication of family and school.
2) Do not confine to classroom learning. Guide students learning English in real life, both at home and in society.
Nowadays more and more English appear around us, mark, advertisement and signs
