2015年7月10日上午9：12，上海中心气象台发布台风黄色预警信号：受今年第9号台风“灿鸿”(超强台风级)影响，预计上海今天下午起风力增大，傍晚起阵风可达7-8级，长江口区和沿江沿海地区8-9级，今天半夜起最大阵风可达8-9级，长江口区及沿江沿海地区可达10-11级。
请广大职工务必做好防范措施，关好门窗，尽量减少出行。 【台风防御指南】:
1. 政府及相关部门按照职责做好防台风抢险应急工作；
2. 相关水域水上作业和过往船舶采取积极的应对措施，加固港口设施，防止船舶走锚、搁浅和碰撞；
3. 停止室内外大型集会和高空等户外危险作业；
4. 加固或者拆除易被风吹动的搭建物，人员切勿随意外出，确保老人小孩留在家中最安全的地方，危房人员及时转移。
5. 相关地区应当注意防范强降水可能引发的山洪、地质灾害。

Warning: Typhoon is Coming, Please Take Preventive Measures! 9:12 am on July 10, 2015, Shanghai central meteorological observatory issued a typhoon yellow early warning signal: Impacted by this year's no. 9 typhoon
Please all the colleagues be sure to do the preventive measures, and close the doors and windows, reduce travel as far as possible.
【Typhoon Defense Guidelines】
1. The government and relevant departments in accordance with the responsibility to do a good job of typhoon disaster emergency;
2. The works on relevant waters and passing ships should take active measures, strengthening port facilities, preventing ship anchor, grounding and collision;
3. Stop the indoor and outdoor large gatherings and high-altitude outdoor dangerous operations;
4. Reinforcement or dismantle easily shaken by the wind structures, do not go out. Ensure that children, older people stay in the safest place at home, the staff in the dangerous house should transfer in time.
5. Related areas should pay attention to prevent heavy rain could cause flash floods and geological disasters.
