人体腹主动脉相关解剖指标的观测
【摘要】 目的 观测腹主动脉及其分支血管的位置、长度、管径、夹角等,为适应临床上选择性动脉造影、动脉栓塞疗法和动脉插管化疗等技术的运用提供解剖资料。方法 本文采用血管X 线造影、剥离、血管铸型,对60具(成人32具、儿童28具)尸体的腹主动脉及其分支血管的位置、长度、外径、夹角进行了观测。结果 腹主动脉长(144.64±1.79)mm 。裂孔处外径(19.68±0.63)mm ,中段外径(16.54±037)mm ,分叉处外径(18.73±0.35)mm ,腹腔动脉外径(6.77±0.16)mm 。其分支肝总动脉外径(4.72±0.12)mm ,脾动脉外径(5.87±0.51)mm, 胃十二指肠动脉外径(3.84±0.09)mm ,肠系膜上动脉外径(8.42±0.18)mm 。阑尾动脉外径(1.36±0.04)mm ,右结肠动脉外径、中结肠动脉外径(2.37±0.07)mm 。肠系膜下动脉外径、长度等。结论 了解腹主动脉及其分支血管的位置、管径、夹角,有利于临床上选择性动脉造影、微创术、动脉栓塞疗法和动脉插管化疗等。
【Abstract 】 Objective To observe the length,outer diameter and included angle about abdominal aorta and branch,and provide some anatomical documentation for clinical application of selective arteriography,arterial embolism therapy and arterial cannulation chemotherapy.Methods The abdominal aorta and branch were taken from 60 cadavers including 32 adults and 28 children .The length ,outer diameter and included angle were observed with angiography of X-rays ,dissection and blood vessel cast mould.Results The length of abdominal aorta was (144.64±1.79)mm .The outer diameter of abdominal aorta was (19.68±0.63)mm in hiatus place,(16.54±0.37)mm in midpiece and(18.73±0.35)mm in branching,the outer diameter of celiac artery was(6.77±0.16)mm .The outer diameter of its branch was(4.72±0.12)mm in common hepatic artery,(5.87±0.51)mm in splenic artery,(3.84±0.09)mm in gastroduodenal artery,(8.42±0.18)mm in superior mesenteric artery ,(1.36±0.04)mm in appendicular artery,(2.37±0.07)mm in right colic artery and middle colic artery.The outer diameter and length of inferior mesenteric artery were observed and so on .Conclusion Understood the position ,caliber and included angle of the abdominal aorta and its branch,were advantageous to make use of selective arteriography ,micro injury operation ,arterial embolism therapy and arterial cannulation chemotherapy in clinic.
