专四作文评分标准

Section A: Composition (15%)

能根据所给的作文题目、提纲或图表、数据等,写一篇200个单词左

右的作文。能做到内容切题、完整,条理清楚,结构严谨,语法正确,

语言通顺,表达得体。考试时间35分钟。

Section B: Note-writing (10%)

能根据所给提示写50至60个单词的便条、通知、请帖等。能做到格

式正确,语言得体。考试时间为10分钟

Section A: Composition

评分标准:

14分:切题。表达思想清楚,文字通顺,连贯性较好,基本无语言

错误。

11分:切题。表达思想清楚,文字连贯,但有少量语言错误。

8分:基本切题。表达思想比较清楚,文字上连贯,但语言错误较多,

其中有少量严重错误。

5分:基本切题。表达思想不够清楚,文字连贯性差,有较严重的语

言错误。

2分:条理不清,思想紊乱,语言支离破碎或大部分句子均有错误,

且多为严重错误。

交白卷者或作文与题目毫不相关,则以零分计算。

注:

1.如题目中给出主题句、起始句、结束句,均不得计入所写字数。

2. 对于规定三段的作文,只写一段者:0—4分; 只写两段者:0—9

分。

3. 按规定,考生作文若为0分,考试均作不及格处理;若作文分高

于0分,低于6分,要在总分中减去实得作文分与6分之间的差额部

分。

注:字数不足应酌情扣分。

*累计字数在150-170之间,扣1分。

*累计字数在130-150之间,扣2分。

*累计字数在110-130之间,扣3分。

*累计字数在90-110之间,扣4分。

*累计字数在90个以下,最多给5分。

英语专业四级命题作文的出题范围是根据考生的知识结构、年龄特点

和文化背景而确定的,不外乎校园生活、社会生活等日常话题,不涉

及知识面过广、专业性太强的内容

根据《大纲》,便条的满分为10分,评分主要参照作文格式、内容、

语言以及语言得体性四方面进行评分。

以2008年专业四级考试的便条写作要求为例:

the following situation: Jane, your classmate, is thinking of subscribing

to an English-language newspaper. And you would like to recommend

one to her. Write a note, telling her which newspaper it is and

describing two features of the paper. Marks will be awarded for content,

organization, grammar and appropriateness. 作文格

式、内容、语言、语言得体性

评分标准:

1. 格式

日期、称呼和结尾不符合格式,人名没写或用XX表示

等要扣1分,最多扣2分。

2. 内容

要求涵盖 telling her which one + two features

少一点扣一分,最多三项内容扣3分。

3. 语言

严重词法、句法错误扣1分,一个句子或同类错误扣1分,拼写等小

错误两个扣1分,最多扣4分。

4. 语言得体性

总分在8分及以上可考虑加此分。

总字数少于40或多于70字扣1分。

便条写作要领:

二、信息明确

便条内容要明确,如时间、地点和事由等。

三、语言通俗

写便条时应该避免使用过于书面化的语言。

从语言上来讲,便条的语言一般通俗易懂,接近口语。

例如:

We are greatly honored to write to you. Having been living on the

campus for a whole year, we have happily witnessed the great

changes here.

(过于正式)

四、内容得体

从语言得体性上来讲, 便条的语言要区分对象,使用不同的礼貌语

言。

不同的便条用语要有所不同。

如邀请朋友参加音乐会,

The concert is of modern significance. Your acceptance will be highly

(过于客气)

The concert is great. I’m sure you will like it.

另外,过于随意的语言在试卷中也是不合适的,如

3. Informal invitations

邀请类便条书写时要注意以下要求:

1.便条中的时间、地点、场合一定要清楚,不能让对方有疑问。时间

要精确到时刻,以便被邀请者能够安排好时间。

2.邀请类便条的语言应该注意礼貌用语。要选择合适的称呼。朋友或

同学可以直呼姓名,不太熟悉的人或者长辈、职位较高者加相应称呼,

如Mr. & Mrs.
