隧洞混凝土裂缝及涵洞伸缩缝处理方案及施工工艺
摘要:隧洞的混凝土层由于施工设计、地质条件、施工材料等问题容易出现裂缝与涵洞伸缩缝,严重影响了隧洞的安全使用并降低其使用寿命。本文根据前人的研究结果以及工程实践中的经验总结,从隧洞混凝土层裂缝的成因角度出发讨论其处理与施工工艺。在处理方面设计一套可供实践操作的处理方法,并明确规定了材料的使用规则。在施工工艺方面则分别从普通施工工艺以及涵洞伸缩缝处理方案说明其施工要点。

1 隧洞混凝土裂缝的成因及其危害
1.1 隧洞混凝土裂缝的成因
隧洞混凝土裂缝的成因多种多样,按照成因方式主要分为如下若干种情况:
1.1.1 地质条件
隧洞施工主要依附于施工场地的地质条件,地质条件决定了混凝土的使用寿命。地质条件的主要评价依据为施工场地地质成分以及岩体的刚性指标。如果地质成分刚性较硬,且岩石稳定性良好,则不容易对隧洞的混凝土层造成危害。相反,在施工过程中围岩破坏程度较大导致其整体刚性下降,则容易造成隧洞混凝土层出现裂缝。
