英语写作是大学英语四、六级统考的重要组成部分。1996年秋国家教委考试中心颁布规定：在今后的大学英语四、六级考试中，考生作文如果得零分，即便在听力、阅读、语法、词汇、完形填空或简短回答等测试项目中均得满分，也不能拿到合格证书。同时，
