本安装使用说明书适用于我公司生产的额定容量为10000kVA 及以下,电压等级35kV 及以下的无载 / 有载调压树脂绝缘干式变压器的装卸、运输、仓储保管、安装、使用及维护。
This Installation and Operation Instruction Manual is
applicable to the loading & unloading, transportation, storage, installation, operation and maintenance of the resin insulated dry type transformer produced by our company with a rated capacity of 10000KVA or below, and voltage of 35KV or below used for voltage regulations under no load/load.
1. 产品概述
我公司生产的树脂绝缘干式变压器是引进德国HUBERS 公司的环氧树脂真空压力浇注设备生产的,铁心材料采用优质高导磁低损耗晶粒取向冷轧硅钢片,高压线圈采用复合绝缘电磁线分段绕制,低压线圈采用铜箔或复合绝缘电磁线绕制,线圈绕制后均采用饱和填料环氧树脂,在真空状态下浇注、压力下浸渍,经高温固化形成整体。产品技术性能指标完全符合GB6450—86国家标准及IEC726国际标准。该产品具有如下几个特点:(1)具有良好的阻燃性,使用安全,可安装在负荷中心;(2)节能降耗;(3)体积小,重量轻,便于安装;(4)无污染,不需特别维护;(5)耐潮湿;
(6)局部放电量小;(7)机械强度高、不开裂。因此可广泛应用于输变电系统、宾馆酒店、高层建筑、商业中心、体育场馆、石油化工、机场、码头、车站、海上钻井平台等场所,特别是安装空间有限,须靠近负荷中心和具有特殊防火要求的场所,更能充分发挥其体积小、阻燃性好的优越性。
1.Product Overview
The resin insulated dry type transformer made by our
company is produced with the epoxy resin pouring equipment under vacuum pressure , which was imported from HUBERS Company, Germany. Among which the iron core was made from top quality grain orientation cold rolled silicon chips of high
magnetic conduction and low loss, HV coils were cast section by section with compound insulating magnetic wires, and LV coils were cast with copper foils or compound insulating magnetic wires. After the coils were cast, saturated packing-epoxy resin were poured in and immersed under vacuum status and pressure, and then solidified to form an integral under high temperature. The product’s technical specifications comply fully with the
Chinese Standard GB6450-86 and international standard IEC 726. The product has the following features:
(1) Good flame retardancy, safe in use, and can be
located in the load center;
(2) Energy saving;
(3) Small volume, light weight and easy for installation;
(4) Without any pollution, and no special maintenance is required;
(5) Moisture resistance;
(6) Small amount of partial discharges;
(7) High mechanical strength without possibility of ruptures Therefore, the Transformer can be widely used in such places as power transmission and transformation system, hotels, high buildings, business centers, gyms, petrochemical, airports, docks, stations, sea drilling platforms and etc, especially in such places with limited installation spaces, close to the load centers and with special requirements for fire fighting, where can fully exert its advantages of small volume and good retardancy.
2. 使用条件
2.1 冷却方式:有空气自冷(AN )和强迫风冷(AF )两种。对 空气自冷(AN )和强迫风冷(AF )的变压器,均需保证变压器室具有良好的通风能力。当变压器安装在地下室或其他通风能力较差的环境时,须增设散热通风装置,通风量按每1kw 损耗4 m3 / min 风量选取。
2.2 保护等级有IP00、IP20、IP23等形式。
2.3 变压器安装地点的海拔高度不超过1000米,环境温度不高于40℃,若环境温度高于40℃或海拔超过1000米,应按GB6450和有关规定做适当定额调整。
2. Operating Conditions
2.1 Cooling mode: Air natural cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF)
For the AN and AF types of transformers, the transformer rooms shall be provided with good ventilations. When the transformer is installed underground rooms or in other
environments with poor ventilations, a heat removing and
ventilation device shall be provided, with Qty of ventilation to be selected as 4 m3 / min per 1 KW.
2.2 Protection grade: IP00, IP20 and IP23
2.3 The height above sea level of the place where the transformer is located shall not be greater than 1000m with ambient temperature not higher than 40℃. In case of ambient
temperature above 40℃, or the height above sea level higher than 1000m, the rated capacity shall be adjusted accordingly following GB6450 and relevant regulations.
3. 产品装卸
3.1 装卸设备可采用起重机、汽车吊、叉车等起吊设备。 装卸时应严格按照国家有关装卸规程。
主体包装箱四角下方(滑木倒角处附近)喷有“由此吊起” 标志符号,起吊时,应在包装箱的四下角垫木处挂钢丝绳,如没有包装箱或变压器从包装箱中吊出时,应同时使用器身上的所有吊板起吊,起吊钢丝绳之间的夹角不得大于60°。
3.4 产品装卸过程中,应小心轻放。
3. Product Loading & Unloading
3.1 The transformer can be loaded & unloaded by lifting equipment such as crane, truck crane and fork etc.
3.2 Loading and unloading shall be done strictly in accordance with the relevant loading & unloading procedures issued by the State.
3.3 Below the four (4) corners of the main packing box (near the chamfer of skid) shall be marked with “Lifting Here”. During lifting, steel ropes shall be placed at the timbers of the four (4) lower corners of the packing box. If there is no packing box or the transformer is lifted out of the packing box, it shall be lifted by using all the lifting plates on the transformer body, with an inclination between the steel ropes not greater than 60°.
3.4 The transformer shall be handled with care during loading & unloading.
4. 产品运输
4.1 产品在运输过程中,应有防雨雪措施。
4.2 产品在运输过程中,其变压器倾斜度不大于30°。
4.3 对于有小车变压器,为防止在运输过程中的位置移动,一般 应卸掉小车轮。
4.4 起吊变压器时,如有包装箱,应在包装箱的四下角垫木处挂钢丝绳起吊,如没有包装箱或变压器从包装箱中吊出时,应同时使用变压器上的所有吊板起吊且起吊钢丝绳之间的夹角不得大于60°。
4.5 用叉车装卸时,叉头同小夹件接触处应垫相应木方,防止破坏铁心,并采取措施防止变压器倾倒。
4.6 禁止绑拉线圈、绝缘子、垫块、引线等易损件。
4. Product Transportation
4.1 Weather proof measures shall be taken for transformer during transportation.
4.2 The inclination of transformer shall not be greater than 30°during transportation.
4.3 For the pulley type transformer, the pulleys shall be
removed to avoid movement during transportation.
4.4 When lifting the transformer, if there is a packing box, steel ropes shall be placed at the timbers of the four (4) lower corners of the packing box. If there is no packing box or the transformer is lifted out of the packing box, it shall be lifted by using all the lifting plates on the transformer body, with an inclination between the steel ropes not greater than 60°.
4.5 When handled with a fork, timbers shall be placed at the contact between the fork head and small clips to prevent any damage to iron core, and measures shall be taken to prevent the transformer from inclining.
4.6 It is forbidden to tie or pull the wearing parts such as coils, insulator, cushion pad and leading wire, etc.
5. 检查验收
用户收到变压器后,应立即进行检查。
5.1 检查产品的铭牌数据与订货合同是否相符,如产品型号、额定容量、额定电压、联结组标号、阻抗电压等。
5.2 出厂文件是否齐全。
5.3 检查包装箱内零部件是否与装箱单相符。
5.4 检查变压器在运输过程中有无损伤,变压器的零部件是否损伤或移位,接线是否松动、断裂 ,绝缘是否有破损,是否有脏物或异物等。同时,如有运输时使用的垫柱等物,必须把它们挪开。
5.5 产品开箱检查完毕后,如不立即投入运行,则必须重新包装并把它放在房内安全、干燥的地方,以防损、防盗。
5. Inspection
The User shall conduct prompt inspections after receiving the transformer.
5.1 Check if the data on the transformer nameplate comply with the Purchase Contract, such as product model, rated
capacity, rated voltage, connection group identification impedance voltage and etc.
5.2 Check if the Ex-Works documents are complete.
5.3 Check if the parts in the packing box comply with the packing list.
5.4 Check if the transformer has any damages, parts of
transformer have any damages or displacement, wirings are
loosen and ruptured, insulation is damaged and if there is any dirt or foreign matters during transportation. Meanwhile, if any
cushions used during transportation, they must be removed away.
5.5 After the open package inspection of transformer was completed, if it will not be put in operation immediately, it must be re-packed and stored in a safe and dry room to prevent any damages or being stolen.
6. 仓储保管
6.1 需仓储保管的产品,不应拆除包装,验收完毕后应恢复包装。
6.2 对需长期仓储的产品,必须在库房存放,库房应清洁、干燥,不应同时储存活性化学药品和腐蚀性物品。
6.3 所有产品不许堆码。
6.4 短期户外放置的产品要用木方等垫好,垫高不小于100mm
6. Storage
6.1 The packing shall not be removed for the products that need to be stored, and be resumed once accepted.
6.2 The products that need to be stored for a long term must be stored in a clean and dry warehouse, where any active chemicals and corrosive articles shall not be stored.
6.3 All the products mustn’t be piled up.
6.4 The products to be placed outdoor for a short period shall be supported by timbers, with a height of not lower than 100mm.
7. 变压器安装
7.1 安装前应认真阅读本说明书,产品铭牌和产品外形尺寸图,了解产品重量,安装方法等内容,准备好相应的起吊设备和工具。
7.2 变压器带电导体与地的最小安全距离应 符合《电力变压器绝缘水平和绝缘试验外绝缘的空气间隙》的规定。
7.3 变压器主机安装。
7.3.1 本产品在户外安装时,一般应离开墙壁和其他障碍物
300mm 的距离。但对于配电箱和其他安装空间有限的场合,以上距离可适当调整。
7.3.2 一般情况下,卸下变压器小车轮即可直接安置在使用场地安装,检查完毕后即可投入运行,对于有防震和其他特殊要求的情况,安装变压器的地基应埋置预埋件,通过预埋件把变压器固定。
7.4 变压器外壳安装
7.4.1 变压器在配有外壳的情况下,其安装条件除满足变压器主 机安装条件外,外壳底部应与变压器底部(卸掉小车轮)在同一水平面上,对主机与外壳之间的相对位置也有一定的要求。
7.4.2 整个外壳均为散件式结构,装配运输都非常方便。
7.4.3 变压器高低两侧均可采用上部或下部进线方式,外壳顶部已预留进线口,对于下部进线,外壳上配有电缆卡,用于固定进线电缆。
7.5 温控、温显系统安装
7.5.1 对于无外壳且仅有温显的情况,其安装可采用温显自带安装支架,固定在变压器夹件上。
7.5.2 对于无外壳,但有温控、温显的情况时,因为本公司的温控和温显是合二为一的结构,故可安装在变压器夹件上或离变压器一定距离内的墙壁等固定建筑物上。
7.5.3 对于带外壳且仅含温显的情况下,温显可直接嵌入到外壳预留开孔内。
7.5.4 对于既有外壳又有温控、温显的情况下,温控箱直接挂在外壳上。以上各种情况下,温控、温显的接线及使用方法请参照其使用说明书。
7.6 风冷系统 当变压器按要求需要装配风机时,常用风机数量、功率及电源配置如下表:
注:温控箱的功率对于风机功率来说很小,可以忽略不计。一般情况下,风机在出厂前已经装配好,用户只要参照温控、温显电气接线图接线就可以了。
7.7 有载调压变压器
7.7.1 变压器与有载调压开关之间的相对位置见变压器外形尺寸图。
7.7.2 有载调压开关与变压器之间的连线:开关与变压器之间的连线由我公司提供,用户可以按照档位端子标号自行接线。其接线方式因△、Y 的不同而有所区别。
7.7.3 自动控制器和并联控制器的安装参照《有载分接开关自动控制器使用说明书》和《并联控制器使用说明书》。
7. Installation of Transformer
7.1 Before installation, one must read carefully this
Instruction Manual, nameplate and outline Dwg of the product to have a clear understanding of product weight and its installation method, meanwhile, prepare accordingly the lifting equipment and tools.
7.2 The mini safety distance of transformer live conductor to the ground shall complies with the regulations set forth in Power Transformer Dielectric Level and its Air Gap of Outer Insulation for Dielectric Test.
7.3 Installation of Transformer Proper
7.3.1 When this product is installed outdoor, it shall be
located in a place 300mm away from the walls and other
obstacles. But for the power distribution board and other places with limited installation spaces, above distance can be adjusted appropriately.
7.3.2 Generally the transformer can be installed directly in a place where it is to be used with its pulleys being removed, and put in operation after checks are completed. In case of any anti-vibrations and other special requirements, the foundation for transformer shall be provided with embedded parts, which are used to fix the transformer.
7.4 Installation of Transformer Shell
7.4.1 In case the transformer is provided with a shell, except that the installation conditions for the transformer proper are met, the shell bottom and the transformer bottom (with the pulleys being removed) shall be in the same horizontal plane, and there shall be a certain requirements for the relative position between the transformer proper and shell.
7.4.2 The entire shell is a bulk parts construction, which is quite convenient for assembly and transportation.
7.4.3 Both the HV and LV sides of transformer can adopt top entry or bottom entry of wires, where at the top of shell is
reserved with a wire entry, while for the bottom entry, the shell is provided with cable clips for fixing the incoming cable.
7.5 Installation of Temperature Control and Temperature Display System
7.5.1 In case there is no shell but there is temperature
display only, it can be fixed on the clamps of transformer by
making use of the self provided mounting supports of temperature display system.
7.5.2 In case there is no shell but there are temperature control and temperature display, since the temperature control and temperature display produced by our company is an
integrated construction, they can be installed either on the clamps of transformer or on the fixed building such as walls, etc with a certain distance away from the transformer.
7.5.3 In case there is a shell with a temperature display only, it can be inserted directly in the reserved opening on the shell.
7.5.4 In case there is a shell with temperature control and temperature display, the temperature control box can be directly placed on the shell. For all the above cases, please refer to its respective instruction manual for wiring and usage of the temperature control and display system.
7.6 Air Cooling System In case a fan is required as per the requirements of transformer, Qty, power and electric supply
box is very little, and can be ignored. Generally the fan has been assembled in the factory before delivery, what the User needs to do only is to carry out wiring with reference to the electric wiring diagram of temperature control and display system.
7.7 On Load Voltage Regulating Transformer
7.7.1 The relative position between the transformer and on load voltage regulator refers to the outline dimension Dwg of transformer.
7.7.2 Connecting wires between on load voltage regulator and transformer: The connecting wires between on load voltage regulator and transformer are to be provided by our company. The User can make wiring by itself by referring to the step
terminal marks. The wiring mode will be different due to different △and Y.
7.7.3 Installation of auto controller and parallel controller: Refer to Usage Instruction Manual for the Auto Controller of On Load Tap Changer and Usage Instruction Manual for Parallel Controller.
8. 运行前的检查
8.1 检查所有的紧固件、连接件、标准件是否松动,并重新紧固一次.
8.2 检查运输时拆卸的零部件安装是否妥当,并检查变压器内是否有异物存在。
8.3 检查风级、温控设备以及其他辅助器件能否正常运行。
8.4 检查变压器的箱体和铁心装配是否可靠接地。
8.5 仔细检查在安装过程中有无金属或非金属异物掉入变压器中。
8. Preoperational Checks
8.1 Check if all the fasteners, connecting pieces and
standard parts are loosen, and re-tightened them.
8.2 Check if any parts that were disassemblied for
transportation have been installed properly, and if there are any foreign matters inside the transformer.
8.3 Check if the wind scale, temperature control equipment and other auxiliaries work properly.
8.4 Check if the transformer cabinet and iron core assemblies are grounded reliably.
8.5 Check carefully if there are any metals or non-metal foreign matters dropping into the transformer during installation.
9. 运行前的试验
变压器运行前应做如下试验:
9.1 绕组直流电阻的测试。
9.2 检查变压器和铁心是否真正接地,检查铁心绝缘是否良好。
9.3 线圈绝缘电阻的测试。一般情况下,绝缘电阻可满足如下值
高压 ~ 低压及地 ≥ 300MΩ 2500V兆欧表
低压 ~ 地 ≥ 100MΩ 2500V兆欧表
在比较干燥的环境条件下,以上绝缘电阻值是很容易达到的。 但是如果在比较潮湿的环境条件下,变压器的绝缘电阻值会有所下降。一般地,若每1000V 额定电压,其绝缘电阻值不小于2 MΩ,就能够满足运行要求。但是,如变压器遭受异常潮湿发生凝露现象,则不论其绝缘电阻如何,在其进行耐压试验或投入运行前,必须进行干燥处理。
9.4 铁心绝缘电阻的测试,一般情况下,
铁心 ~ 夹件及地 ≥ 2MΩ 500V兆欧表
9.5 外施工频耐压试验,试验电压为出厂试验电压的85%,时间5分钟。
9.6 若为有载调压变压器,应根据有载调压开关的使用说明书作运行前的检查和试验。
9. Preoperational Tests
Before the transformer is put in operation, the following tests shall be done:
9.1 Testing of winding DC resistance
9.2 Check if the transformer and its iron core are really
grounded. Check if the iron core insulation is good.
9.3 Testing of coil insulation resistance
Generally speaking, the insulation resistance shall be as follows:
HV~LV and ground ≥ 300MΩ 2500V Megger LV ~ground ≥ 100MΩ 2500V Megger Under the dry environmental conditions, above insulation resistance values can be easily achieved.
But under the humid environmental conditions, the insulation resistance values of transformer will be decreased slightly.
Generally if the insulation resistance value is not lower than 2 MΩ per each rated voltage of 1000V, the transformer can meet the requirements of operation. But if the transformer suffers very high humidity, leading to condensation, no matter what its insulation resistance is, it must be dried up before dielectric test or before putting in operation.
9.4 Testing of iron core insulation resistance
Generally speaking, the iron core insulation resistance shall be as follows:
Iron core ~ clamps and ground ≥ 2MΩ 500V Megger
9.5 Dielectric test by applying working frequency: The test voltage shall be 85% of the Ex-Works test voltage with a duration of 5 minutes.
9.6 In case of an on load voltage regulating transformer, checks and tests shall be made on the transformer following the Usage Instruction Manual of on load voltage regulator before the transformer is put in operation.
10. 变压器投入运行
10.1 投入运行前应将变压器的各个部位清扫擦拭干净。
10.2 无载调压时,应把调压分接头的连接片按铭牌上的标识接到相应的位置上。
10.3 有载调压时,请参看有载调压分接开关使用说明书,将有载调压开关内的过流保护设定值按高压侧额定电流进行设定,在分接开关调试正常后方可投入运行。
10.4 变压器装有温控系统时,请参看温控装置使用说明书。 10.5 变压器投入运行后,所带负荷应由轻到重,且检查产品有无异常,切忌盲目一次大负荷投入。
10.6 变压器应在空载时合闸投运,合闸涌流峰值最高可达8~10倍额定电流,对变压器的电流速动保护设定值应大于涌流峰值。
10.7 变压器退出运行后,一般不需要采取其他措施即可重新投入运行。但是如果是在高温下且变压器正发生凝露现象,则必须经过干燥处理后,变压器才能重新投入运行。
10. Putting the transformer in operation
10.1 Before putting in operation, every part of the transformer shall be cleaned up and wiped.
10.2 In case of a no-load voltage regulating transformer, the connecting piece of regulation tap changer shall be connected to its corresponding position as per the identifications on the nameplate.
10.3 In case of a on-load voltage regulating transformer, the over -current protection inside the on-load voltage regulator shall be set based on the rated current at the HV side by referring to the Usage Instruction Manual of on-load voltage regulation tap changer. The transformer shall not be put in operation until the tap changer is commissioned.
10.4 In case the transformer is provided with a temperature control system, please refer to the Usage Instruction Manual for the temperature control device.
10.5 When the transformer is put in operation, it shall be loaded gradually from light load up to heavy load, while checking if the product is abnormal. It is forbidden to load the transformer with heavy load at one time.
10.6 The transformer shall be put in operation under no load with a surging current peak of 8-10 times of rated current at the time of closing. The current quick action protection settings of transformer shall be greater than the surging current peak.
10.7 When the transformer is removed out of service,
generally speaking it can be put in operation once again without the need to take any other measures. However, if the temperature is high and condensation occurs in the transformer, it cannot be put in operation again until it has been dried up.
11. 变压器维护
为了保证变压器能正常运行,需要对它进行定期检查和维护。 11.1 一般地,干燥清洁的场所,每年或更长一点的时间进行一次检查,在其他场合,例如:有灰尘或浑浊的空气中运行,每三至六个月进行一次检查。
11.2 检查时,如果发现灰尘聚集过多,则必须要保证空气流通和防止绝缘击穿,但不得使用挥发性的清洁剂,特别注意要清洁变压器的绝缘子、绕组装配的顶部和底部的绝缘垫块部位,并使用压缩空气吹净通风气道中的灰尘。压缩空气的流动方向与变压器运行时冷却空气的流动方向相反。
11.3 检查紧固件、连接件是否松动,导电零件以及其它零部件有无生锈、腐蚀的痕迹,还要观察绝缘表面有无碳化和爬电现象 ,必要时采取相应的措施进行处理。
11. Maintenance of Transformer
To make sure the proper operation of transformer, the
following periodic checks and maintenance shall be done. 11.1 Generally speaking, if the transformer is located in a clean and dry place, checks shall be made once per year or
longer time. But in other places, such as operation in a place with dusty or feculence air, checks shall be made once per three to six months.
11.2 If it is found during checking that too much dust is accumulated, one must make sure that the air flows freely, and take precautions to prevent the insulators being broken through. Do not use any volatile cleanser, especially attention shall be given to clean up the insulators of transformer, and the insulation pads at top and bottom of the winding assemblies, and blow out the dust in the ventilation channel with compressed air. The flow direction of compressed air is opposite to the flow direction of cooling air when the transformer is running.
11.3 Check if the fasteners, connecting pieces are loosen, live parts and other parts are rusty and corroded. Meanwhile, observe if any carbonization and creepage occurs on the surface of insulator, and take the corresponding measures to treat it if necessary.
12. 安全注意事项
12.1 变压器安装完毕投入运行之前,对无外壳的变压器,一般应在变压器周围安装隔离栅栏,以避免工作人员发生意外事故。
12.2 变压器投入运行以后,禁止触摸变压器主体,以防止触电事故发生。
12.3 警告:在做变压器耐压试验前,应先将传感器电缆插头与温控仪(箱)分离,以免损坏温控仪(箱)!!!
12.4 警告:禁止将传感头(线)放置在靠近高压线圈附近或放置在高. 低压线圈之间通道,以免造成高压线圈击穿烧毁!!!
12. Points of Attention for Safety
12.1 Upon completion of installation and prior to operation, for the transformer without a shell, an isolating fence shall be put around the transformer to avoid any accidents to the working staff.
12.2 After the transformer is put in operation, it is
forbidden to touch the transformer proper to prevent from getting electric shocks.

本安装使用说明书适用于我公司生产的额定容量为10000kVA 及以下,电压等级35kV 及以下的无载 / 有载调压树脂绝缘干式变压器的装卸、运输、仓储保管、安装、使用及维护。
This Installation and Operation Instruction Manual is
applicable to the loading & unloading, transportation, storage, installation, operation and maintenance of the resin insulated dry type transformer produced by our company with a rated capacity of 10000KVA or below, and voltage of 35KV or below used for voltage regulations under no load/load.
1. 产品概述
我公司生产的树脂绝缘干式变压器是引进德国HUBERS 公司的环氧树脂真空压力浇注设备生产的,铁心材料采用优质高导磁低损耗晶粒取向冷轧硅钢片,高压线圈采用复合绝缘电磁线分段绕制,低压线圈采用铜箔或复合绝缘电磁线绕制,线圈绕制后均采用饱和填料环氧树脂,在真空状态下浇注、压力下浸渍,经高温固化形成整体。产品技术性能指标完全符合GB6450—86国家标准及IEC726国际标准。该产品具有如下几个特点:(1)具有良好的阻燃性,使用安全,可安装在负荷中心;(2)节能降耗;(3)体积小,重量轻,便于安装;(4)无污染,不需特别维护;(5)耐潮湿;
(6)局部放电量小;(7)机械强度高、不开裂。因此可广泛应用于输变电系统、宾馆酒店、高层建筑、商业中心、体育场馆、石油化工、机场、码头、车站、海上钻井平台等场所,特别是安装空间有限,须靠近负荷中心和具有特殊防火要求的场所,更能充分发挥其体积小、阻燃性好的优越性。
1.Product Overview
The resin insulated dry type transformer made by our
company is produced with the epoxy resin pouring equipment under vacuum pressure , which was imported from HUBERS Company, Germany. Among which the iron core was made from top quality grain orientation cold rolled silicon chips of high
magnetic conduction and low loss, HV coils were cast section by section with compound insulating magnetic wires, and LV coils were cast with copper foils or compound insulating magnetic wires. After the coils were cast, saturated packing-epoxy resin were poured in and immersed under vacuum status and pressure, and then solidified to form an integral under high temperature. The product’s technical specifications comply fully with the
Chinese Standard GB6450-86 and international standard IEC 726. The product has the following features:
(1) Good flame retardancy, safe in use, and can be
located in the load center;
(2) Energy saving;
(3) Small volume, light weight and easy for installation;
(4) Without any pollution, and no special maintenance is required;
(5) Moisture resistance;
(6) Small amount of partial discharges;
(7) High mechanical strength without possibility of ruptures Therefore, the Transformer can be widely used in such places as power transmission and transformation system, hotels, high buildings, business centers, gyms, petrochemical, airports, docks, stations, sea drilling platforms and etc, especially in such places with limited installation spaces, close to the load centers and with special requirements for fire fighting, where can fully exert its advantages of small volume and good retardancy.
2. 使用条件
2.1 冷却方式:有空气自冷(AN )和强迫风冷(AF )两种。对 空气自冷(AN )和强迫风冷(AF )的变压器,均需保证变压器室具有良好的通风能力。当变压器安装在地下室或其他通风能力较差的环境时,须增设散热通风装置,通风量按每1kw 损耗4 m3 / min 风量选取。
2.2 保护等级有IP00、IP20、IP23等形式。
2.3 变压器安装地点的海拔高度不超过1000米,环境温度不高于40℃,若环境温度高于40℃或海拔超过1000米,应按GB6450和有关规定做适当定额调整。
2. Operating Conditions
2.1 Cooling mode: Air natural cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF)
For the AN and AF types of transformers, the transformer rooms shall be provided with good ventilations. When the transformer is installed underground rooms or in other
environments with poor ventilations, a heat removing and
ventilation device shall be provided, with Qty of ventilation to be selected as 4 m3 / min per 1 KW.
2.2 Protection grade: IP00, IP20 and IP23
2.3 The height above sea level of the place where the transformer is located shall not be greater than 1000m with ambient temperature not higher than 40℃. In case of ambient
temperature above 40℃, or the height above sea level higher than 1000m, the rated capacity shall be adjusted accordingly following GB6450 and relevant regulations.
3. 产品装卸
3.1 装卸设备可采用起重机、汽车吊、叉车等起吊设备。 装卸时应严格按照国家有关装卸规程。
主体包装箱四角下方(滑木倒角处附近)喷有“由此吊起” 标志符号,起吊时,应在包装箱的四下角垫木处挂钢丝绳,如没有包装箱或变压器从包装箱中吊出时,应同时使用器身上的所有吊板起吊,起吊钢丝绳之间的夹角不得大于60°。
3.4 产品装卸过程中,应小心轻放。
3. Product Loading & Unloading
3.1 The transformer can be loaded & unloaded by lifting equipment such as crane, truck crane and fork etc.
3.2 Loading and unloading shall be done strictly in accordance with the relevant loading & unloading procedures issued by the State.
3.3 Below the four (4) corners of the main packing box (near the chamfer of skid) shall be marked with “Lifting Here”. During lifting, steel ropes shall be placed at the timbers of the four (4) lower corners of the packing box. If there is no packing box or the transformer is lifted out of the packing box, it shall be lifted by using all the lifting plates on the transformer body, with an inclination between the steel ropes not greater than 60°.
3.4 The transformer shall be handled with care during loading & unloading.
4. 产品运输
4.1 产品在运输过程中,应有防雨雪措施。
4.2 产品在运输过程中,其变压器倾斜度不大于30°。
4.3 对于有小车变压器,为防止在运输过程中的位置移动,一般 应卸掉小车轮。
4.4 起吊变压器时,如有包装箱,应在包装箱的四下角垫木处挂钢丝绳起吊,如没有包装箱或变压器从包装箱中吊出时,应同时使用变压器上的所有吊板起吊且起吊钢丝绳之间的夹角不得大于60°。
4.5 用叉车装卸时,叉头同小夹件接触处应垫相应木方,防止破坏铁心,并采取措施防止变压器倾倒。
4.6 禁止绑拉线圈、绝缘子、垫块、引线等易损件。
4. Product Transportation
4.1 Weather proof measures shall be taken for transformer during transportation.
4.2 The inclination of transformer shall not be greater than 30°during transportation.
4.3 For the pulley type transformer, the pulleys shall be
removed to avoid movement during transportation.
4.4 When lifting the transformer, if there is a packing box, steel ropes shall be placed at the timbers of the four (4) lower corners of the packing box. If there is no packing box or the transformer is lifted out of the packing box, it shall be lifted by using all the lifting plates on the transformer body, with an inclination between the steel ropes not greater than 60°.
4.5 When handled with a fork, timbers shall be placed at the contact between the fork head and small clips to prevent any damage to iron core, and measures shall be taken to prevent the transformer from inclining.
4.6 It is forbidden to tie or pull the wearing parts such as coils, insulator, cushion pad and leading wire, etc.
5. 检查验收
用户收到变压器后,应立即进行检查。
5.1 检查产品的铭牌数据与订货合同是否相符,如产品型号、额定容量、额定电压、联结组标号、阻抗电压等。
5.2 出厂文件是否齐全。
5.3 检查包装箱内零部件是否与装箱单相符。
5.4 检查变压器在运输过程中有无损伤,变压器的零部件是否损伤或移位,接线是否松动、断裂 ,绝缘是否有破损,是否有脏物或异物等。同时,如有运输时使用的垫柱等物,必须把它们挪开。
5.5 产品开箱检查完毕后,如不立即投入运行,则必须重新包装并把它放在房内安全、干燥的地方,以防损、防盗。
5. Inspection
The User shall conduct prompt inspections after receiving the transformer.
5.1 Check if the data on the transformer nameplate comply with the Purchase Contract, such as product model, rated
capacity, rated voltage, connection group identification impedance voltage and etc.
5.2 Check if the Ex-Works documents are complete.
5.3 Check if the parts in the packing box comply with the packing list.
5.4 Check if the transformer has any damages, parts of
transformer have any damages or displacement, wirings are
loosen and ruptured, insulation is damaged and if there is any dirt or foreign matters during transportation. Meanwhile, if any
cushions used during transportation, they must be removed away.
5.5 After the open package inspection of transformer was completed, if it will not be put in operation immediately, it must be re-packed and stored in a safe and dry room to prevent any damages or being stolen.
6. 仓储保管
6.1 需仓储保管的产品,不应拆除包装,验收完毕后应恢复包装。
6.2 对需长期仓储的产品,必须在库房存放,库房应清洁、干燥,不应同时储存活性化学药品和腐蚀性物品。
6.3 所有产品不许堆码。
6.4 短期户外放置的产品要用木方等垫好,垫高不小于100mm
6. Storage
6.1 The packing shall not be removed for the products that need to be stored, and be resumed once accepted.
6.2 The products that need to be stored for a long term must be stored in a clean and dry warehouse, where any active chemicals and corrosive articles shall not be stored.
6.3 All the products mustn’t be piled up.
6.4 The products to be placed outdoor for a short period shall be supported by timbers, with a height of not lower than 100mm.
7. 变压器安装
7.1 安装前应认真阅读本说明书,产品铭牌和产品外形尺寸图,了解产品重量,安装方法等内容,准备好相应的起吊设备和工具。
7.2 变压器带电导体与地的最小安全距离应 符合《电力变压器绝缘水平和绝缘试验外绝缘的空气间隙》的规定。
7.3 变压器主机安装。
7.3.1 本产品在户外安装时,一般应离开墙壁和其他障碍物
300mm 的距离。但对于配电箱和其他安装空间有限的场合,以上距离可适当调整。
7.3.2 一般情况下,卸下变压器小车轮即可直接安置在使用场地安装,检查完毕后即可投入运行,对于有防震和其他特殊要求的情况,安装变压器的地基应埋置预埋件,通过预埋件把变压器固定。
7.4 变压器外壳安装
7.4.1 变压器在配有外壳的情况下,其安装条件除满足变压器主 机安装条件外,外壳底部应与变压器底部(卸掉小车轮)在同一水平面上,对主机与外壳之间的相对位置也有一定的要求。
7.4.2 整个外壳均为散件式结构,装配运输都非常方便。
7.4.3 变压器高低两侧均可采用上部或下部进线方式,外壳顶部已预留进线口,对于下部进线,外壳上配有电缆卡,用于固定进线电缆。
7.5 温控、温显系统安装
7.5.1 对于无外壳且仅有温显的情况,其安装可采用温显自带安装支架,固定在变压器夹件上。
7.5.2 对于无外壳,但有温控、温显的情况时,因为本公司的温控和温显是合二为一的结构,故可安装在变压器夹件上或离变压器一定距离内的墙壁等固定建筑物上。
7.5.3 对于带外壳且仅含温显的情况下,温显可直接嵌入到外壳预留开孔内。
7.5.4 对于既有外壳又有温控、温显的情况下,温控箱直接挂在外壳上。以上各种情况下,温控、温显的接线及使用方法请参照其使用说明书。
7.6 风冷系统 当变压器按要求需要装配风机时,常用风机数量、功率及电源配置如下表:
注:温控箱的功率对于风机功率来说很小,可以忽略不计。一般情况下,风机在出厂前已经装配好,用户只要参照温控、温显电气接线图接线就可以了。
7.7 有载调压变压器
7.7.1 变压器与有载调压开关之间的相对位置见变压器外形尺寸图。
7.7.2 有载调压开关与变压器之间的连线:开关与变压器之间的连线由我公司提供,用户可以按照档位端子标号自行接线。其接线方式因△、Y 的不同而有所区别。
7.7.3 自动控制器和并联控制器的安装参照《有载分接开关自动控制器使用说明书》和《并联控制器使用说明书》。
7. Installation of Transformer
7.1 Before installation, one must read carefully this
Instruction Manual, nameplate and outline Dwg of the product to have a clear understanding of product weight and its installation method, meanwhile, prepare accordingly the lifting equipment and tools.
7.2 The mini safety distance of transformer live conductor to the ground shall complies with the regulations set forth in Power Transformer Dielectric Level and its Air Gap of Outer Insulation for Dielectric Test.
7.3 Installation of Transformer Proper
7.3.1 When this product is installed outdoor, it shall be
located in a place 300mm away from the walls and other
obstacles. But for the power distribution board and other places with limited installation spaces, above distance can be adjusted appropriately.
7.3.2 Generally the transformer can be installed directly in a place where it is to be used with its pulleys being removed, and put in operation after checks are completed. In case of any anti-vibrations and other special requirements, the foundation for transformer shall be provided with embedded parts, which are used to fix the transformer.
7.4 Installation of Transformer Shell
7.4.1 In case the transformer is provided with a shell, except that the installation conditions for the transformer proper are met, the shell bottom and the transformer bottom (with the pulleys being removed) shall be in the same horizontal plane, and there shall be a certain requirements for the relative position between the transformer proper and shell.
7.4.2 The entire shell is a bulk parts construction, which is quite convenient for assembly and transportation.
7.4.3 Both the HV and LV sides of transformer can adopt top entry or bottom entry of wires, where at the top of shell is
reserved with a wire entry, while for the bottom entry, the shell is provided with cable clips for fixing the incoming cable.
7.5 Installation of Temperature Control and Temperature Display System
7.5.1 In case there is no shell but there is temperature
display only, it can be fixed on the clamps of transformer by
making use of the self provided mounting supports of temperature display system.
7.5.2 In case there is no shell but there are temperature control and temperature display, since the temperature control and temperature display produced by our company is an
integrated construction, they can be installed either on the clamps of transformer or on the fixed building such as walls, etc with a certain distance away from the transformer.
7.5.3 In case there is a shell with a temperature display only, it can be inserted directly in the reserved opening on the shell.
7.5.4 In case there is a shell with temperature control and temperature display, the temperature control box can be directly placed on the shell. For all the above cases, please refer to its respective instruction manual for wiring and usage of the temperature control and display system.
7.6 Air Cooling System In case a fan is required as per the requirements of transformer, Qty, power and electric supply
box is very little, and can be ignored. Generally the fan has been assembled in the factory before delivery, what the User needs to do only is to carry out wiring with reference to the electric wiring diagram of temperature control and display system.
7.7 On Load Voltage Regulating Transformer
7.7.1 The relative position between the transformer and on load voltage regulator refers to the outline dimension Dwg of transformer.
7.7.2 Connecting wires between on load voltage regulator and transformer: The connecting wires between on load voltage regulator and transformer are to be provided by our company. The User can make wiring by itself by referring to the step
terminal marks. The wiring mode will be different due to different △and Y.
7.7.3 Installation of auto controller and parallel controller: Refer to Usage Instruction Manual for the Auto Controller of On Load Tap Changer and Usage Instruction Manual for Parallel Controller.
8. 运行前的检查
8.1 检查所有的紧固件、连接件、标准件是否松动,并重新紧固一次.
8.2 检查运输时拆卸的零部件安装是否妥当,并检查变压器内是否有异物存在。
8.3 检查风级、温控设备以及其他辅助器件能否正常运行。
8.4 检查变压器的箱体和铁心装配是否可靠接地。
8.5 仔细检查在安装过程中有无金属或非金属异物掉入变压器中。
8. Preoperational Checks
8.1 Check if all the fasteners, connecting pieces and
standard parts are loosen, and re-tightened them.
8.2 Check if any parts that were disassemblied for
transportation have been installed properly, and if there are any foreign matters inside the transformer.
8.3 Check if the wind scale, temperature control equipment and other auxiliaries work properly.
8.4 Check if the transformer cabinet and iron core assemblies are grounded reliably.
8.5 Check carefully if there are any metals or non-metal foreign matters dropping into the transformer during installation.
9. 运行前的试验
变压器运行前应做如下试验:
9.1 绕组直流电阻的测试。
9.2 检查变压器和铁心是否真正接地,检查铁心绝缘是否良好。
9.3 线圈绝缘电阻的测试。一般情况下,绝缘电阻可满足如下值
高压 ~ 低压及地 ≥ 300MΩ 2500V兆欧表
低压 ~ 地 ≥ 100MΩ 2500V兆欧表
在比较干燥的环境条件下,以上绝缘电阻值是很容易达到的。 但是如果在比较潮湿的环境条件下,变压器的绝缘电阻值会有所下降。一般地,若每1000V 额定电压,其绝缘电阻值不小于2 MΩ,就能够满足运行要求。但是,如变压器遭受异常潮湿发生凝露现象,则不论其绝缘电阻如何,在其进行耐压试验或投入运行前,必须进行干燥处理。
9.4 铁心绝缘电阻的测试,一般情况下,
铁心 ~ 夹件及地 ≥ 2MΩ 500V兆欧表
9.5 外施工频耐压试验,试验电压为出厂试验电压的85%,时间5分钟。
9.6 若为有载调压变压器,应根据有载调压开关的使用说明书作运行前的检查和试验。
9. Preoperational Tests
Before the transformer is put in operation, the following tests shall be done:
9.1 Testing of winding DC resistance
9.2 Check if the transformer and its iron core are really
grounded. Check if the iron core insulation is good.
9.3 Testing of coil insulation resistance
Generally speaking, the insulation resistance shall be as follows:
HV~LV and ground ≥ 300MΩ 2500V Megger LV ~ground ≥ 100MΩ 2500V Megger Under the dry environmental conditions, above insulation resistance values can be easily achieved.
But under the humid environmental conditions, the insulation resistance values of transformer will be decreased slightly.
Generally if the insulation resistance value is not lower than 2 MΩ per each rated voltage of 1000V, the transformer can meet the requirements of operation. But if the transformer suffers very high humidity, leading to condensation, no matter what its insulation resistance is, it must be dried up before dielectric test or before putting in operation.
9.4 Testing of iron core insulation resistance
Generally speaking, the iron core insulation resistance shall be as follows:
Iron core ~ clamps and ground ≥ 2MΩ 500V Megger
9.5 Dielectric test by applying working frequency: The test voltage shall be 85% of the Ex-Works test voltage with a duration of 5 minutes.
9.6 In case of an on load voltage regulating transformer, checks and tests shall be made on the transformer following the Usage Instruction Manual of on load voltage regulator before the transformer is put in operation.
10. 变压器投入运行
10.1 投入运行前应将变压器的各个部位清扫擦拭干净。
10.2 无载调压时,应把调压分接头的连接片按铭牌上的标识接到相应的位置上。
10.3 有载调压时,请参看有载调压分接开关使用说明书,将有载调压开关内的过流保护设定值按高压侧额定电流进行设定,在分接开关调试正常后方可投入运行。
10.4 变压器装有温控系统时,请参看温控装置使用说明书。 10.5 变压器投入运行后,所带负荷应由轻到重,且检查产品有无异常,切忌盲目一次大负荷投入。
10.6 变压器应在空载时合闸投运,合闸涌流峰值最高可达8~10倍额定电流,对变压器的电流速动保护设定值应大于涌流峰值。
10.7 变压器退出运行后,一般不需要采取其他措施即可重新投入运行。但是如果是在高温下且变压器正发生凝露现象,则必须经过干燥处理后,变压器才能重新投入运行。
10. Putting the transformer in operation
10.1 Before putting in operation, every part of the transformer shall be cleaned up and wiped.
10.2 In case of a no-load voltage regulating transformer, the connecting piece of regulation tap changer shall be connected to its corresponding position as per the identifications on the nameplate.
10.3 In case of a on-load voltage regulating transformer, the over -current protection inside the on-load voltage regulator shall be set based on the rated current at the HV side by referring to the Usage Instruction Manual of on-load voltage regulation tap changer. The transformer shall not be put in operation until the tap changer is commissioned.
10.4 In case the transformer is provided with a temperature control system, please refer to the Usage Instruction Manual for the temperature control device.
10.5 When the transformer is put in operation, it shall be loaded gradually from light load up to heavy load, while checking if the product is abnormal. It is forbidden to load the transformer with heavy load at one time.
10.6 The transformer shall be put in operation under no load with a surging current peak of 8-10 times of rated current at the time of closing. The current quick action protection settings of transformer shall be greater than the surging current peak.
10.7 When the transformer is removed out of service,
generally speaking it can be put in operation once again without the need to take any other measures. However, if the temperature is high and condensation occurs in the transformer, it cannot be put in operation again until it has been dried up.
11. 变压器维护
为了保证变压器能正常运行,需要对它进行定期检查和维护。 11.1 一般地,干燥清洁的场所,每年或更长一点的时间进行一次检查,在其他场合,例如:有灰尘或浑浊的空气中运行,每三至六个月进行一次检查。
11.2 检查时,如果发现灰尘聚集过多,则必须要保证空气流通和防止绝缘击穿,但不得使用挥发性的清洁剂,特别注意要清洁变压器的绝缘子、绕组装配的顶部和底部的绝缘垫块部位,并使用压缩空气吹净通风气道中的灰尘。压缩空气的流动方向与变压器运行时冷却空气的流动方向相反。
11.3 检查紧固件、连接件是否松动,导电零件以及其它零部件有无生锈、腐蚀的痕迹,还要观察绝缘表面有无碳化和爬电现象 ,必要时采取相应的措施进行处理。
11. Maintenance of Transformer
To make sure the proper operation of transformer, the
following periodic checks and maintenance shall be done. 11.1 Generally speaking, if the transformer is located in a clean and dry place, checks shall be made once per year or
longer time. But in other places, such as operation in a place with dusty or feculence air, checks shall be made once per three to six months.
11.2 If it is found during checking that too much dust is accumulated, one must make sure that the air flows freely, and take precautions to prevent the insulators being broken through. Do not use any volatile cleanser, especially attention shall be given to clean up the insulators of transformer, and the insulation pads at top and bottom of the winding assemblies, and blow out the dust in the ventilation channel with compressed air. The flow direction of compressed air is opposite to the flow direction of cooling air when the transformer is running.
11.3 Check if the fasteners, connecting pieces are loosen, live parts and other parts are rusty and corroded. Meanwhile, observe if any carbonization and creepage occurs on the surface of insulator, and take the corresponding measures to treat it if necessary.
12. 安全注意事项
12.1 变压器安装完毕投入运行之前,对无外壳的变压器,一般应在变压器周围安装隔离栅栏,以避免工作人员发生意外事故。
12.2 变压器投入运行以后,禁止触摸变压器主体,以防止触电事故发生。
12.3 警告:在做变压器耐压试验前,应先将传感器电缆插头与温控仪(箱)分离,以免损坏温控仪(箱)!!!
12.4 警告:禁止将传感头(线)放置在靠近高压线圈附近或放置在高. 低压线圈之间通道,以免造成高压线圈击穿烧毁!!!
12. Points of Attention for Safety
12.1 Upon completion of installation and prior to operation, for the transformer without a shell, an isolating fence shall be put around the transformer to avoid any accidents to the working staff.
12.2 After the transformer is put in operation, it is
forbidden to touch the transformer proper to prevent from getting electric shocks.
