Hotel is capable of filtering over 90% of PM2.5 particles, ensuring air quality adheres to the
Ambient Air Quality Standard jointly issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and
General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. For example, the
PM2.5 outside of the building is as high as 1,000 micrograms per cubic meter, whereas the
figure inside the buildings is less than 100.

会议环境空气质量标准
安装在万达总部和北京万达索菲特大饭店新空气净化系统能过滤90％以上的PM2.5颗粒，保证空气质量的坚持环境空气质量标准由环境保护和总局部联合下发国家质量监督检验检疫总局。例如，在建筑物外部的PM2.5是高达每立方米1000微克，而建筑物内的数字是小于100。

Ten Wanda Plazas have been issued Green Building Labels by the Ministry of Housing and

Prior to the introduction of the government’s energy saving construction regulations in 2001,
Wanda Group had already begun developing its own energy saving technologies. The adoption of insulation materials for external walls in the Dalian Yongjingtai project achieved substantial
results, by reducing energy consumption by 65% in comparison with traditional residential
building materials.
Building Energy Efficient Community
While developing the 1 million square meter Nanchang Wanda Star City project in 2003, Wanda Group became the nation’s first developer to massively adopt external wall insulation
technology, a move that reduced energy consumption by 65%. The Wanda Star City project
was recognized as one of Jiangxi Province’s model energy efficient projects.
Meeting Ambient Air Quality Standards A new air purification system installed at the Wanda headquarters and Sofitel Wanda Beijing
Hotel is capable of filtering over 90% of PM2.5 particles, ensuring air quality adheres to the
Ambient Air Quality Standard jointly issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and
General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. For example, the
PM2.5 outside of the building is as high as 1,000 micrograms per cubic meter, whereas the
figure inside the buildings is less than 100.

Wanda headquarters donates desks to primary school
万达集团每年年初都计划安排巨资用于慈善捐助，每年年底都要对企业承担社会责任情况进行总结。万达集团内部专门出台奖励善行义举的文件，员工的善行义举同样被视为成绩，与工作表现好、经营业绩好一样会得到集团的奖励提拔。万达集团每年都举办“访贫问苦”活动，集团总部和全国各地子公司二万名员工每年都组织深入到当地最贫困的村庄进行走访和慰问，捐款捐物，嘘寒问暖。万达集团总部和各地公司都成立了义工站，所有万达员工都成为义工，每名员工每年至少做一次义工。
