一:原理principle

光纤激光打标机在精密激光打标应用方面具有许多独特的优势。与传统的固体激光器使用晶体棒作为激光介质不同,光纤激光器采用很长的掺镱双包层光纤作为激光介质,并被高功率多模激光二极管所泵浦。作为其核心部分的进口光纤激光器采用一体化整体结构,无光学污染、功率耦合损失,具有其他激光器不具备的高效率、长寿命和少维护等性能。

Fiber laser engraving machine owns unique advantage on precision marking. Compared with traditional solid laser rod, fiber laser adopts a fully integrated structure, no optical power coupling loss and pollution, air cooling. It possesses merits of high efficiency, long lifetime and little maintenance.

1:优秀的光束质量Excellent beam quality

光纤激光打标机光束质量比传统的固体激光打标机好很多,接近衍射极限。TEM00基横模输出,M2接近1,聚焦光斑直径不到20um。发散角是半导体泵浦激光器的1/4。特别适用于精密、精细打标。

The beam quality of 1064-FM Series Fiber laser marker is better than that of the traditional solid-state laser marker. It is output from the base model (TEMOO) and the focused spot size is 10um. And its divergence angle is 1 / 4 of the semiconductor pump. So it is especially suitable for precision and fine marking.

2:使用成本低廉Low utility cost

电光转换效率最高达到30%,整机耗电不到500W,是灯泵浦固体激光打标机的1/10,大大节省能耗支出。没有预热时间和消耗品。

The maximum photoelectric efficiency is up to 30%. Its input power is less than 500W which equals to 1/10 of lamp pump YAG laser marker and saves lots of energy consumption expense.

3: 免维护操作Zero maintenance

激光器无需进行任何维护,也不用调整或清洁镜片。不需要像传统的激光器那样进行光学装置调整或维护,如共振腔镜、晶体、液体、滤光片。

It is maintenance free and unnecessary to adjust or clean lens. No need to adjust the optics system like traditional laser, such as cavity resonator windows mirror, crystal rod, liquid, optical filter.

光纤激光打标机使用激光二极管作为泵浦源,并且采用了更加高效的设计(热量管理效率更高)和采用了电信级单芯结泵浦源,其平均无故障工作时间更长。

无需庞大的水冷系统,只需简单的风冷即可。在一定冲击、震动、较高温度或有灰尘等恶劣的环境下也能正常工作。

The fiber laser source delivery by fiber, the delivery distance can be longer, the structure is compact. Good cooling effect reduce the big water chiller, only by fan is enough. It can work under certain shock, vibrating, high temperature or dusty environment.
