Fiber laser engraving machine owns unique advantage on precision marking. Compared with traditional solid laser rod, fiber laser adopts a fully integrated structure, no optical power coupling loss and pollution, air cooling. 光纤激光打标机光束质量比传统的固体激光打标机好很多,接近衍射极限。TEM00基横模输出,M2接近1,聚焦光斑直径不到20um。发散角是半导体泵浦激光器的1/4。特别适用于精密、精细打标。
The beam quality of 1064-FM Series Fiber laser marker is better than that of the traditional solid-state laser marker. It is output from the base model (TEMOO) and the focused spot size is 10um. And its divergence angle is 1 / 4 of the semiconductor pump. So it is especially suitable for precision and fine marking.
2:使用成本低廉Low utility cost
电光转换效率最高达到30%,整机耗电不到500W,是灯泵浦固体激光打标机的1/10,大大节省能耗支出。没有预热时间和消耗品。
