摘 要：本文通过搜集地区的相关数据资料，建立了一套包括农用地投入强度、利用强度、产出效益三方面的评价体系；运用特尔菲法确定各个指标的权重，对2003-2009年九华乡地区农用地集约利用程度进行评价。结果表明，九华乡地区的农用地集约利用程度仍处于较粗放的利用阶段，并且随着农用地面积的不断扩大和相应有效投入的缺乏，其集约利用程度反而呈下降趋势。通过分析九华乡集约利用程度下降的原因及自然、人地关系、技术、制度政策等影响因素，提出加强农村土地开发整理、提高农业科技水平、优化农用地结构以及建立农用地集约利用考评体系等一系列建议。

The Intensive Use of Agricultural Land Evaluation Study of XX
Abstract: In this paper, a set of evaluation system including the intensity of investment, the use intensity and output efficiency is established based on the relevant data on XX in XX. The use of the Delphi method determine the weight of the indicators and get the intensive utilization of the land use of Jiuhua area nearly seven years. The results showed that the intensive land use of Jiuhua is still in an extensive use of stag. The intensity of land tends to decrease with the continued expansion of land and the lack of effective input. By analyzing the reasons for the declining of the intensity and the factors which influence the intensity, give some corresponding recommendations such as strengthening the consolidation of land, improving the level of technology, establishing the evaluation system of intensive use of agriculture land and so on.
