摘要：当今电力市场竞争激烈，各电力施工企业加大改革力度，内抓管理，外抓市场，增强企业的竞争能力。电力工程施工项目管理是电力工程建设过程中的重要内容， 它直接关系到工程的建设质量， 而工程的建设质量又是企业生存和发展的重要保障， 由此可见做好施工项目管理工作对于企业的重要意义。本文介绍了电力工程施工项目管理工作的主要内容， 并对如何做好成本管理、 安全管理和质量管理工作提出了建议。
