For small space, mainly to be designed as entertainment and leisure area of modern Southeast Asia Style, thus creating a harmonious and balance environment. As to big space, we set large area lawn to open the sight and provide a relaxing area for people to enjoy.

Unique Spanish style has been adopted in landscape design through which the landscape can be well integrated with the architectures so as to maximize the value the project and promote the brand of the developer. While South California feature will be carried out at the main entrance area so as to present a luxury image for the community. The project site is around 30 minutes’ distance from the downtown area of Dongguan City. In the design, public spaces for the highrise area and the space clusters are provided to create opportunity for communication and activity. Regarding the clubhouse commercial area, the commercial atmosphere is intentionally set off with careful landscape design. On the other hand, private and high-end spatial design is addressed for the villas area to highlight the honorable sense of the residents. The design is rich in details to present the quality of the project.

The theme of design is Miami style of happiness and comfort, it exhibit leisure, fashion and special features. Designers combine some elements of Miami and American culture to create landscape effect even at an corner via making motion integrate with stillness. At plaza and certain public area of main landscape part, we design them as open, hard, that is Miami colony style, which is basis of European style and develop it in American way of brief, humorous and relax.
景观设计秉承典雅的现代欧式，并延续建筑意大利文艺复兴的设计风格。以意大利帕拉第奥德圆厅别墅为原型的会所为中心，运用序列几何式的构图，对称的形式，形成沿主入口的南北及沿东西向的两大轴线，从而营造出富于对比的户外空间，俨然一派―景在园中，园在景中，园景合一‖的幽雅景象。

Centre club takes Italian Andrea Palladio villa as prototype, use serial geometric layout and symmetrical pattern to form two main axes from main entrance south to north and east to west, thus strong contrastive outdoor space is built.
As to detail design, landscape elements like fountain, pond, flower pot, structure and planting are used, balanced axis symmetry and serial space are adopted to show exquisite, majestic, elegant and romantic of garden. Hard paving is designed with top grand stone timber which gives priority to warm colors like seafront style. Description: With neo-classic style accented for the main entrance as well as neo-classic carving motif for the major parts of the sale building, the project acts as the true landmark in the Development Zone.
Inside the community, there is an avenue shaded by large trees and lush planting. While the sidewalks are located in between the greenbelts. The annular turning station welcomes the residents and guests with green trees surrounded, and exquisite water sceneries and cascading pots dotted around. At the end of the old Development Zone, there is the new Development Zone. Setting off by winding paths and dense planting, the new Development Zone retains unity with the old one in the neo-classic style.
设计在景观轴上主要以水体做媒介，利用水体形式的转换打破小区规划相对平淡的狭长空间，利用其复杂的地形高差关系，营造东南亚特有景观气质。组团景观在组团内单调线形空间中突破局限，从形式上与主轴相一致，在内容上寻求变化。空间上注重整个基地的特殊高差变化，使建筑、水景、人行与绿化之间和谐共存，形成观景、休息、动态景观和交通转换有张有弛的多层次空间。
Water is the most important element in the master plan. Designers take water as the connection of the landscape axis to broke the flat narrow space by different water features, while make use of the level difference to create South-China characteristic. By keeping the balance with main axis, landscape in-group was broken the space limitation and made some changes in content. The whole master plan balance the relationships among building, water, walking and green via fully use of level difference to create a multi-layered space including landscape, rest area, dynamic landscape and transportation.

With modern and simple design approach as well as people-oriented principle adopted and European landscape elements integrated in the design, a model refined and artistic residential community with profound cultural implication is created which not only shows its high-end quality but also presents simple but exotic garden landscape. The designer gives concern to the symmetrical pattern of landscape, but also utilizes approaches of dots, lines and interfaces in spatial layout to create an imposing ambience. The spatial design is divided into the ceremonial entry areas with sense of sequence and courtyard spaces serving as leisure areas for the residents. The design with ―dispersing shape but concentrating spirit‖ reveals reflects the main character of the European style. Open and enclosed spaces, changing and varied landscape demonstrates the refinement and nobleness of the European garden.
As far as the materials are concerned, simplified and modern materials and processing techniques are employed to achieve the characters of traditional European patterns. Regarding the paving materials, simple and grand paving patterns are used to reflect the simple, unsophisticated, elegant, grand, serene and superior European quality. White, yellow, golden, dark red are the main tones of the European style, with some tint of light colors incorporated to make the color appearing more vivid. The design of the trellises focuses on their slim and gorgeous columns. Besides, approaches of opposite scenery and focal scenery are adopted to render more varied landscape effect.

The project is located at the launch area of Zhongxin Eco-City project, Binhai New District, Tianjin City, with Zhongxin Avenue to the north and Zhongsheng Avenue to its east.
This development is divided into Phase I and Phase II, which are separated by a commercial arcade, and has therefore formed a main landscape structure consisting of one core, two zones and one feature commercial arcade. The feature commercial arcade is open to the public. While Phase I is consisted of multi-storey buildings, sales office area and highrise area. Phase II is consisted of multi-storey buildings and highrise buildings. Delicate paving patterns, entry archway and feature wall with sculpture and water spouts have presented the the superior quality of the development. This project is located in Tianjin, with Shuguang Road to the east, Tiedong Road to the west, and Haihe Italian Business Park to its north, and with Xinkai River as well as Beining Park in its vicinity.
The design of the central axis takes reference from the layout of the Palace of Versailles, which adopts regular and symmetrical design approach. Water features, tree matrix as well as French feature paving are well incorporated in the public activity space which creates refined and elegant axial space, enhancing their relationship with the central axis.
The ritual main entry and the royal emblem-like paving pattern present the nobleness, elegance and sense of identity. The secondary axis is treated like a unique French garden. Sculptures, garden ornaments, trees, flowers, grass are designed delicately providing picturesque view. Natural mounds, arbors, and shrubs are arranged appropriately with varied levels to create vertical courtyard space.

There’re many archaeological sites within this plot – such as Catholic Church in the midst of it, the former site of Puneimen foreign firm and so on, all of them can be reserved and utilized to become project highlights and also stand out that our designer is respect history. The project is located to the south of Qianpu Road Midst and to the north of International Convention Center. On the south of the project site, there is a junction station and a commercial and office center. On its east, there is a residential development with building of about 30 stories. On the north, there is the site for a primary school; and the Qianpu Road Midst is just adjacent with its west boundary. The luxury design of the project is interpreted in neo-classic style. The feature water axis at the main entrance and the green axis at the secondary entrance demonstrate the noble quality of the community. Spaces with level changes, landscape elements in various sizes offer profound visual effects. As far as the space function is concerned, the project is mainly divided into three functional zones: water axis at the main entrance, the central sunken courtyard, and the ecological stream. On the other hand, multi-level landscape is created vertically by making use of the basement light well. Besides, a clear circulation system is structured which is made up of vehicular lanes, going-home route as well as visitors' route. The space variation enhances the participation opportunities and renders the space more approachable. With the neo-classic landscape elements combined in the design idea, a unique and sophisticated residential environment is created, which fully represents the high quality and nobleness of a high-end community.

The project is aimed to be the first sea-view hillside residential community in Guangzhou, which is expected to be a simple, fashioned, natural and dynamic community. With modern, cutting-edge landscaping approaches applied, integrated spatial environment and exquisite details are created. Oriented to bring out simple and fashioned life for the young people, a natural waterfront modern community full of vitality is created through refined paving details, creative landscape structures, open lake scenery and luxuriant vegetation. Open or half-enclosed landscape spaces for relaxation or privacy are produced by modular planting in polygonal spatial structures.

Design Description: The neo-Art Deco style is adopted in this project which is reflected by the linear and sequential paving in the leisure space of the sales office area. This not only subtly treats the functional space relationship of the clubhouse entry, but also presents the high-end quality of the clubhouse. The Art Deco-style delicate sculpture indicates the fine quality and valued sense of the plaza and the clubhouse space. Above all, the ceremonial light posts standing on both sides of the entrance indicate a sense of nobleness which is added with fun by the waterscape on its side.

In the villas area, feature trellis, bubblers, flower belts are well integrated to bring about a European natural and ecological high-end residential community.

Sometime is compact, while sometime is open, forming different sizes space. For small space, mainly to be designed as entertainment and leisure area of modern Southeast Asia Style, thus creating a harmonious and balance environment. As to big space, we set large area lawn to open the sight and provide a relaxing area for people to enjoy.

Unique Spanish style has been adopted in landscape design through which the landscape can be well integrated with the architectures so as to maximize the value the project and promote the brand of the developer. While South California feature will be carried out at the main entrance area so as to present a luxury image for the community. On the other hand, the unity between the entrance and the main axis is accented in the design. The project site is around 30 minutes’ distance from the downtown area of Dongguan City. In the design, public spaces for the highrise area and the space clusters are provided to create opportunity for communication and activity. Regarding the clubhouse commercial area, the commercial atmosphere is intentionally set off with careful landscape design. On the other hand, private and high-end spatial design is addressed for the villas area to highlight the honorable sense of the residents. The theme of design is Miami style of happiness and comfort, it exhibit leisure, fashion and special features. Designers combine some elements of Miami and American culture to create landscape effect even at an corner via making motion integrate with stillness. At plaza and certain public area of main landscape part, we design them as open, hard, that is Miami colony style, which is basis of European style and develop it in American way of brief, humorous and relax.

Landscape design is taking elegant modern Europe style and keeping on Italian renaissance architectural design flavor. Centre club takes Italian Andrea Palladio villa as prototype, use serial geometric layout and symmetrical pattern to form two main axes from main entrance south to north and east to west, thus strong contrastive outdoor space is built.
As to detail design, landscape elements like fountain, pond, flower pot, structure and planting are used, balanced axis symmetry and serial space are adopted to show exquisite, majestic, elegant and romantic of garden. Hard paving is designed with top grand stone timber which gives priority to warm colors like seafront style. Description: With neo-classic style accented for the main entrance as well as neo-classic carving motif for the major parts of the sale building, the project acts as the true landmark in the Development Zone.
Inside the community, there is an avenue shaded by large trees and lush planting. While the sidewalks are located in between the greenbelts. The annular turning station welcomes the residents and guests with green trees surrounded, and exquisite water sceneries and cascading pots dotted around. At the end of the old Development Zone, there is the new Development Zone. Setting off by winding paths and dense planting, the new Development Zone retains unity with the old one in the neo-classic style.
设计在景观轴上主要以水体做媒介，利用水体形式的转换打破小区规划相对平淡的狭长空间，利用其复杂的地形高差关系，营造东南亚特有景观气质。组团景观在组团内单调线形空间中突破局限，从形式上与主轴相一致，在内容上寻求变化。空间上注重整个基地的特殊高差变化，使建筑、水景、人行与绿化之间和谐共存，形成观景、休息、动态景观和交通转换有张有弛的多层次空间。
Water is the most important element in the master plan. Designers take water as the connection of the landscape axis to broke the flat narrow space by different water features, while make use of the level difference to create South-China characteristic. By keeping the balance with main axis, landscape in-group was broken the space limitation and made some changes in content. The whole master plan balance the relationships among building, water, walking and green via fully use of level difference to create a multi-layered space including landscape, rest area, dynamic landscape and transportation.

With modern and simple design approach as well as people-oriented principle adopted and European landscape elements integrated in the design, a model refined and artistic residential community with profound cultural implication is created which not only shows its high-end quality but also presents simple but exotic garden landscape. The designer gives concern to the symmetrical pattern of landscape, but also utilizes approaches of dots, lines and interfaces in spatial layout to create an imposing ambience. The spatial design is divided into the ceremonial entry areas with sense of sequence and courtyard spaces serving as leisure areas for the residents. The design with ―dispersing shape but concentrating spirit‖ reveals reflects the main character of the European style. Open and enclosed spaces, changing and varied landscape demonstrates the refinement and nobleness of the European garden.
As far as the materials are concerned, simplified and modern materials and processing techniques are employed to achieve the characters of traditional European patterns. Regarding the paving materials, simple and grand paving patterns are used to reflect the simple, unsophisticated, elegant, grand, serene and superior European quality. White, yellow, golden, dark red are the main tones of the European style, with some tint of light colors incorporated to make the color appearing more vivid. The design of the trellises focuses on their slim and gorgeous columns. Besides, approaches of opposite scenery and focal scenery are adopted to render more varied landscape effect.

The project is located at the launch area of Zhongxin Eco-City project, Binhai New District, Tianjin City, with Zhongxin Avenue to the north and Zhongsheng Avenue to its east.
This development is divided into Phase I and Phase II, which are separated by a commercial arcade, and has therefore formed a main landscape structure consisting of one core, two zones and one feature commercial arcade. The feature commercial arcade is open to the public. While Phase I is consisted of multi-storey buildings, sales office area and highrise area. Phase II is consisted of multi-storey buildings and highrise buildings. Delicate paving patterns, entry archway and feature wall with sculpture and water spouts have presented the the superior quality of the development. This project is located in Tianjin, with Shuguang Road to the east, Tiedong Road to the west, and Haihe Italian Business Park to its north, and with Xinkai River as well as Beining Park in its vicinity.
The design of the central axis takes reference from the layout of the Palace of Versailles, which adopts regular and symmetrical design approach. Water features, tree matrix as well as French feature paving are well incorporated in the public activity space which creates refined and elegant axial space, enhancing their relationship with the central axis.
The ritual main entry and the royal emblem-like paving pattern present the nobleness, elegance and sense of identity. The secondary axis is treated like a unique French garden. Sculptures, garden ornaments, trees, flowers, grass are designed delicately providing picturesque view. Natural mounds, arbors, and shrubs are arranged appropriately with varied levels to create vertical courtyard space.

The project, located in the Ma-an-shan area at Nanbing Road, has topographic tendency of higher west and lower east. There’re many archaeological sites within this plot – such as Catholic Church in the midst of it, the former site of Puneimen foreign firm and so on, all of them can be reserved and utilized to become project highlights and also stand out that our designer is respect history. The design conception is intergrowth harmoniously between history and surrounding environment.
The environmental design is combined with architectural functions which embodies the luxury, romantic and competitive hotel and landscape environment corresponding to high-end residence. Create open, fashion and relax living way by comfortable environment and exotic SPA experimental roof

The conception of people orientation and natural intimacy can be seen everywhere in design, citizen participation is based on public environmental characters for relaxation, entertainment and play. Sufficient integrated Chonqing lung—Nanshan, create green culture and bring ecological conception into this project. Cherry apple park requirement links together with existing topography to build multi layered terrace landscape.

The project is located to the south of Qianpu Road Midst and to the north of International Convention Center. On the south of the project site, there is a junction station and a commercial and office center. On its east, there is a residential development with building of about 30 stories. On the north, there is the site for a primary school; and the Qianpu Road Midst is just adjacent with its west boundary. The luxury design of the project is interpreted in neo-classic style. The feature water axis at the main entrance and the green axis at the secondary entrance demonstrate the noble quality of the community. Spaces with level changes, landscape elements in various sizes offer profound visual effects. As far as the space function is concerned, the project is mainly divided into three functional zones: water axis at the main entrance, the central sunken courtyard, and the ecological stream. On the other hand, multi-level landscape is created vertically by making use of the basement light well. Besides, a clear circulation system is structured which is made up of vehicular lanes, going-home route as well as visitors' route. The space variation enhances the participation opportunities and renders the space more approachable. With the neo-classic landscape elements combined in the design idea, a unique and sophisticated residential environment is created, which fully represents the high quality and nobleness of a high-end community.

The project is aimed to be the first sea-view hillside residential community in Guangzhou, which is expected to be a simple, fashioned, natural and dynamic community. With modern, cutting-edge landscaping approaches applied, integrated spatial environment and exquisite details are created. Oriented to bring out simple and fashioned life for the young people, a natural waterfront modern community full of vitality is created through refined paving details, creative landscape structures, open lake scenery and luxuriant vegetation. Open or half-enclosed landscape spaces for relaxation or privacy are produced by modular planting in polygonal spatial structures.

Design Description: The neo-Art Deco style is adopted in this project which is reflected by the linear and sequential paving in the leisure space of the sales office area. This not only subtly treats the functional space relationship of the clubhouse entry, but also presents the high-end quality of the clubhouse.
