1. You should answer promptly when you get an enquiry. 得到询盘后迅速回复

2. Begin the reply by repeating the date of the enquiry. 重复一下收到询盘的日期,以避免买家混淆。

3. If the person who makes the enquiry has been recommended by someone, you should express your appreciation to the people. 如果这个买家是别人推荐的,应该表示你的感激。
