居住区组团空间营造的实践
摘要:规划时引入一条空间主轴,同时为了柔化锐角三角形用地轮廓线的刚硬,还引入了一个大的圆形图案,形成次要景观轴。在圆形图案外侧布置点式住宅,内部则布置板式住宅。圆形图案内部的板式住宅除了自行围合成组团之外,还与其侧面的点式住宅共同围合成更大规模的组团空间,这些组团空间彼此互相穿插、渗透。主次轴将这些组团有效地联系起来。

Abstract: by introducing a space planning spindle, at the same time, in order to soft change acute triangle land of the profile of hard, and also introduced a large circular design, form secondary landscape axis. In the circular design house decorate point, internal has arranged board type residence. Circular design internal board type residence in addition to surround synthesis outside group, but also to the point of common around the house side synthesis of a large group of space, these groups space with each other, penetration. Primary and secondary axis will these groups effectively connected.

一、项目概况及现状分析
项目位于新会大道、会城大道及一条东西向规划道路所围合的地块。用地呈不规整三角形,东面临80米宽的新会大道,南面是24米宽的规划道路,西面则是延伸出一条带状狭小地块与68米宽的会城大道相接。地块总用地面积141917.55平方米,总建筑面积406959.98平方米,其中计算容积率建筑面积283824.24平方米,不计算容积率建筑面积123135.74平方米,容积率2.00。总户数2456户,总小车位数2828个。
用地三面临城市道路,往江门及会城中心区的交通十分便捷,但新会大道车流量较大,对小区内部有一定的噪音污染。场地现为自然地貌,无任何建筑物,场地开扬。场地西部、北部较高,东南部较低,南北高差有3.6米,东西高
