人际关系的沟通技巧
摘 要
每一个人都是社会中的一部分，没有人是单独存在的，在社会的生存法则中，存在着各种各样的社会关系，而其中人际关系也是社会关系中最基础的组成部分，因而人际关系的沟通和交流是无比重要的，这也使得人际关系的沟通艺术一直是许多心理学研究学者和社会学研究学者的重点研究方向。人际关系无处不在，在学校里有同窗之间的人际关系、在职场中有同事与上下级之间的人际关系，在社会中有个体与群体的人际关系。正所谓一个好汉三个帮，良好的人际关系是个人成功的重要条件之一。有鉴于此，本文则重点就人际关系的沟通技巧进行详细的深入研究，以期能为具有人际关系交流障碍的群体提供一定的实践的借鉴，处理好自身与周围人群之间的人际关系，在学习、生活、工作中能够保持愉快和交流氛围。本文首先就人际关系做出基本的概述，探讨当前主要的人际关系中的障碍表现，从中分析出具体的对策，总结出人际关系中的沟通技巧。

Interpersonal communication skills
Abstract
Each person is a part of the society, no one is alone, there is a variety of social relations in the social life, which is the most basic part of social relations, so the communication and communication is very important. Interpersonal relations are everywhere, in the school, there are students in the interpersonal relationship, in the workplace, there is a relationship between colleagues and the upper and lower levels, in the community, there are individuals and groups of interpersonal relationship. Is the so-called a gang of three men, good interpersonal relationship is one of the important conditions for personal success. In view of this, this article focuses on the communication skills of interpersonal skills in detail, in order to provide a reference for the people who have the interpersonal communication barriers, to deal with the interpersonal relationship between themselves and the surrounding people, in the study, life, work to maintain a pleasant and communication atmosphere. This paper first makes a basic overview of the interpersonal relationship, to explore the current main obstacles in interpersonal relationships, from the analysis of specific measures, summed up the communication skills in interpersonal relationships.
