实力的消长，国家的兴衰不可避免，国际关系的格局和中心舞台也就随之改变。二战后，西欧国家百废待兴。法西斯德国、日本成为战败国，法国和英国受到严重削弱，欧洲的政治中心地位基本丧失。美国大发战争横财，经济、军事实力膨胀，成为资本主义世界的头号强国，资本主义世界由“英国时代”走进“美国世纪”。

The strength of the growth and decline, the rise and fall of a nation is unavoidable, international relationship and center stage will change. After World War II, a thousand things wait to be done for the countries of Western Europe. The fascist Germany, Japan was defeated , France and Britain were severely weakened, European political center was basically lost. The American harvested bumpus windfall from the war, and expanded economy, military strength , to become number one power in the capitalist world, capitalist world by"Britain times" into the" American century",.

Before the World War II ,world hegemony has belonged to the Britain ,but after The World War II, the British world domination was replaced by the United States, this is why?
2 The Reasons of the Britain's Decline , the rise of American after the world war II
First of all, the English Industrial Revolution has basically come to the end. After the eighteen seventies, Britain gradually lost the industrial monopoly. , The rising Germany and the United States of America gradually catch up with and surpassed Britain. After the completion of the industrial revolution, the science and technology become the core of competitive .According to the United States this is an advantage. Why? Because the United States was developed on the basis of the industrialization in the Britian and other old industrial powers . Secondly, battlegrounds of the World War II did not take place in the territory of the United States, but Britain has become the main theatre of the European battlefield. Wartime destruction has virtually enormously hindered to the economic development of Britain , At the same time, the United States also seized the opportunity to develop their own economy. During this period, Europe has been the main battlefield of the Soviet Union, from Eastern Europe to France. European nations underwent serious economic stagnation. Britain and Germany also suffered heavy losses in the war. The pound lost the status of world currency,while the America , took a neutral policy in two station, standing on the shore to profit a lot from the wartime relations. The United States at the time of the variety of family integrate policy related, because the United States is a variety of color of the new ethnic composition of the free state. From the land and the resources, vigor is superior than the Britian. After the world war II the United States in order to control the world , it loaned $ to European countries ,which occupies the dominant position.
Finally, because of the domestic turmoil, many scientists in Britain leave their home town to some place and the Science and technology developed slowly and straightly down . By contrast, the United States support a free and open research environment, attract creative talent around the world, promote the economic development to upgrade, domestic relatively stable economic development the United States not only military but also the development of education, promote the generation of scientists, which led to the economic development.
