旅客伤亡赔偿诉讼
旅客或其继承人与承运人就国内航空旅客运输事故所致人身损害赔偿发生争议，不能协商解决的，可向人民法院起诉。进行诉讼索赔应注意几个问题：
1管辖法院。为航空事故发生地或航空器最先降落地或被告住所地人民法院，旅客或其继承人可选择其一诉讼。
2诉讼时效期间，依航空法为
