弧面凸轮分度机构设计及建模方法研究

摘要:利用D-H 坐标系建立弧面凸轮的轮廓方程和共轭接触线方程。充分利
用球形滚子的几何特征,先绘制中心轨迹线,然后通过Pro/E软件建立弧面凸轮的三维实体模型,从而为实现弧面凸轮的数控加工、该机构的动力学分析和运动仿真等奠定了基础。

Abstr act:After deeply studying the working principle of new type of indexing mechanism
with globoidal cam, the equations of the contour surface and the conjugate contact line are established using D-H coordinate system. T aking full advantage of the roll ’s geometry character, the track of centre line is drawn, and then the 3D model of globoidal cam is built using Pro/Esoftware quickly . Thus the foundation is established to implement the numerical control machining, to carry through dynamics analyze and motion simulation and so on.
