（2）危害（弊端）However, a host of people deem it hard or troublesome to offer helps to strangers. They say that helping others involves risks of getting hurt or cheated. in addition， what worries us is that Lending a hand to a stranger often puts us in a vulnerable position. For it means trusting someone we do not even know.
(Consequently, based on a recent report, a minority of people admit that they are not willing to offer aid when the old man or woman falls down on street.)
(3)As a college student, I am convinced that it is of great necessity for our citizens to offer our help to others. It is urgent for the government to take measures to control this situation and make some laws or regulations about it. In addition, we should educate, advocate and encourage our friends, classmates, and acquaintances to be alert when helping strangers. If we try our utmost to do so, the future of our society will be promising, hopeful and rosy.
